"Five stars for the nurse anesthetist one star for the billing department. I don’t care that the hospital uses Epic and their information despite being updated every time you visit the hospital doesn’t actually update, your software’s incompetence is NOT me “being late” to pay a bill. I didn’t bill the wrong insurance, or send the bill to the wrong address- YOU did. The fact that you want to call my phone from a private number and harass me when you still haven’t sent a bill is disgusting. Over $75. Babe, I have the money, but telling you to mail me the actual bill first and not giving you my HSA card over the phone (I pay directly from the HSA) does not warrant the attitude from “candy” or whatever her real name is. Get a grip, learn how to properly bill, and don’t be mad at the people who didn’t do anything wrong. Somehow you were able to get all the correct info for my other child who was seen the SAME day- so I’m going to go with your billing negligence being your problem. Also, thank you for calling me back as I requested, and for NOT sending me the actual bill. (I knew you couldn’t handle that simple request)"
