"I get it. There are a lot of grumpy people who cant sleep and want results asap! Who wouldnt want to figure out why they arent getting the good sleep we all want and deserve! However we should also remember that with post covid, the job market, ect, that many places, especially health care are extremely under staffed - hence why some people mqy have experienced a slow turn around time on their cases. However I have witnessed Neurocare n first hand, has since responded by offering paid trainng and hiring many more HS techs! We can all look forward to a new team @ Neurocare and receiving faster turn around times!"

"Horrible place. They lie and tell you insurance will cover 80% of the sleep study and turn around and bill you $500. What a joke. But now you know why this guy doesn't have a great business. Go to a reputable sleep study."

"My MD warned me that this company is not great - slow in setting up appts & in sharing study results. Truer words were never spoken! Their first outreach was by text & never used the company name - I thought it was a scam. When I finally verified the company was legit, I called - multiple times - to set up an appt & was told they could mail me a home sleep study in TWO MONTHS or I could drive 4 hours roundtrip to pick up & drop off the home sleep study the next day by 11 am. After checking with my health insurer, I learned I could use other sleep centers. The next thing I knew, Neurocare had canceled my appt BY TEXT. All I can say is go elsewhere!"
