"I have been a client at Westside Behavioral for over 10 years and I can’t say enough good things about this practice… when you visit the office it feels very welcoming and peaceful the staff is attentive and cheerful. Since “covid” happened they have been facilitating more online therapy sessions and it is easy to keep up weekly or bi weekly sessions but office visits are still an option…They are incredibly accommodating with payments and rescheduling missed appts .. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.. highly recommend!!"

"Terrible communication. Multiple calls made to clarify transfer of therapist. New therapist or provider have yet to initiate any contact in over a month after transfer. Protocol is stated after numerous calls that patients were to call and schedule appointments with new provider. Now they have a list that they are going through to make contact. After over a month and they still haven't gotten to my name... Yet I have called multiple times and no appointment was scheduled during either call. When the call was clearly made to schedule an appointment. On third call the question was asked if the balance due was the reason for lack of communication on the agency or therapist part and the response was that shouldn't be why they haven't contacted you. Well into the new year another call is made and the is was still I Don know why. My manager has to look into the balance. Mind you the balance is pending a flex spending account payment. Very little regard for the mental health of their patients as well as no regard for their well being."
