"I wish I can rate ZERO here because I have so many reasons to back back up my rating here. 1. Doctors and nurses DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. My grandpa and parents are always here to seek for medical appointments because all staffs speak Chinese and they feel more comfortable with people who speaks the same language. HOWEVER, every appointment that my family went that NEVER LAST MORE THAN 15 MINS. Doctor Lee always rush to finish every appointment and nurses just simple don't care. The health center try to sqeeze in as much as patients/appointments to generate as much income possible. 2. My grandpa was diagnose cancer due to lack of followup and extremly delay on referral for preventitive checkup. My grandpa had a early sign of cencer with severe pain occured 6 months ago and expressed to the PCP. The doctor kept perscribe him a pain relief with a xray referal with specialist MONTHS after. The doctor claimed that she was in PTO and excuses to delay the referral. SIX months later, our family found out grandpa had cancer THROUGH THE EMERGENCY VISIT!!! The PCP never diagnose this through test or screening that could potentially find out earlier. MY LAST QUESTION IS: WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL SERVICE THAT YOUR COMMUNITY HEALTH IS PROVIDING?"

"My girlfriend came here for a checkup but came in tears. From the receptionists, nurses and providers were very rude to her. They are not empathetic at all and try to rush you out. 0 bed side manners. Absolutely disgusted with this place. If I could give them a zero star I would. They should be shut down for what they are doing"

"The front end staff and the heath care professionals are the worst. If I was able to rate them no stars, I would. My mother-in-law went in for her annual physical check up, she tried to bring up some problems during the appointment because you're supposed to right? The doctor brushed off her questions and had the audacity to say "I'm just doing your annual physical, we're not going to discuss any further." I understand it's a hassle to wait for a translator at English speaking hospitals but at least their staff and health care professionals are courteous and there to understand your concerns."

"Extremely hard to reschedule. The reception lady needs more formal training. Some doctors are OK, but the others are just horrible. Dr. Yuheng Ruan is the worst one. He treats Asian patients extremely rude. No basic manner. No patience. No listening. Try to see someone else if possible."

"Doctor is good!! But the receptionist that handle phone call is very very bad. No accountability!! They don't care , RUDE and to me it seems that they look down on Chinese people even though they are one themselves. They think they are better and the rest is FOB!!. Pls put a recording phone conversation between patients and them. Only then good service will install"
