"My primary moved on her name is Dr Landry. She was great to me. Got transferred to see Dr Stevenson, she is super nice & easy to talk to. Dr Stevenson had me also see NP Anna Read, also super nice. Both gave me very good suggestions for better health changes."

"As long as you don’t get sick you will probably be ok.. one doctor doesn’t like to order test , so makes very light of a serious concern and asks the patient if they want the test . So this is what happened . I wasn’t concerned because she wasn’t and now two years later I am diagnose with a serious condition that would have been caught 2 yrs ago . She also barely examined me , that would be doctor Connelly . I now see dr Stevenson , who will order tests , but is not knowledgeable . When I got the test results she had no clue what they meant and asked me what the radiologist said . I got held up for a long time because she didn’t know what and how to order a biopsy . Arguing back and forth until she finally consulted with specialist who told her that I was correct, I am a RN after all . Now I have been waiting over a week to schedule a surgical procedure and no one has called me , you can’t get through to them either . I don’t know if I have a fatal disease or not and this is how I’m treated very unsympathetic. And this is not everything . . I now have a mass general provider . At least I could get through , and they seemed to care ."

"This office is incapable of dealing with medical care. The office staff ....theres no words to explain the total disappointment and failure of their jobs.( granted there might be a couple of staff that might care and do their best ) but everyone my family has encountered has failed to meet any needs of my child or myself and wife ...i do not recommend this place at all. If you want your medical needs met find a different place of medicine this place does not care ...its a business to them and we are numbers not people."

"I followed Dr. Jessica Stevenson when she left another practice. She is the most compassionate, and caring provider I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Gina, who she works hand in hand with is so incredible. These two ladies care deeply about patients. I couldn’t be more thankful for them!"

"This has been building over time - medical concerns that were dismissed and upon seeing a specialist learned the were in fact a concern (primarily with thyroid but also gyn.) Had an appt for my physical at 8:40am. Received a text confirmation asking me to arrive 15 minutes early. Wasn't seen by nurse until 8:55 and told the Dr would be arriving shortly. (to the office, she wasn't in until 9.) Over the years I've frequented Lahey Burlington, Lexington & Peabody which have been good (Lexington is excellent!) So it's not any one thing, but rather a habitual headache. The people are nice, the location is ideal. I have a new Dr who's been good, but with it feels like I'm a box to check rather than a patient. Today's blatent disregard of time management warranted a review. The reality is convenience will trump and I'll continue to go here, but that in no way signifies my satisfaction of care from a managerial perspective in the way Lahey Lynnfield is run."
