"My first thoughts on Barbra was that she is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I went in and got 2 tattoos lasered by her. It was my first time working with her but not my first laser experience. After the recommended 6-8week healing time, i contacted her and through voicemail explained to her that the laser didnt remove anything (again, not my first laser experience) and asked if she wanted to assess my condition and go from there. Its been 2months and not even a call back. However, I'm sure if i left a voicemail trying to make another appointment she would've been happy to call me back the same day. Total waste of time and money. Updated on 08/07/2018 Barbra, don't be petty replying to my review months later in that tone, that only shows how unprofessional you are. Had you called me as you claimed then i would've had no problem coming in since the point of my voicemail was for me to come back in. I NEVER heard back from you or anyone in your office so when it was time for my second appointment(which was premade at my first appt) i skipped it because I felt it was unprofessional and disrespectful that you would not reach back out to me and refuse to waste anymore of my time with your business. Now, I'm entitiled to my opinion here and my opinion is that I wouldnt recommend anyone to see you. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day :-)"
