"My experience has not been a pleasant one. Throughout the entire treatment, I’ve only been able to speak to my Dr. twice and it’s nearly impossible to speak to any of the nurses. Communication with the nurse team through an app has been a nightmare! Questions don’t get answered and they don’t care to make themselves accessible to get on a phone call to discuss treatment or answer questions. I wish I would have done more research before choosing CCRM."

"Going through IVF is tough but having the treatment at CCRM boston makes it worse. They need to hire nurse who are capable of drawing blood. I got bruises on both of my arms because the nurse was having a hard time finding my veins. I did not proceed to the egg retrieval procedure due to bad treatment results and the horrible experience with the blood drawing."

"The facility is beautiful and accessible, the office is very clean. If you come with kids, they will not be allowed into the waiting room or in the office. There is a couch outside the front doors where the kids will be allowed to sit, but this is information they don't share on the phone or on the website so don't be blindsighted like I was. Dr. Zimon was professional and knowledgeable, the nursing team was very helpful until I paid for and began my procedure. While on the fertility medications, they tell you to look out for certain emergency signs and they have a 24 hour hotline so you can call for your nursing team any time day or night. It was reliable most of the time, except the 2 times I called while having symptoms of OHSS to which I got no response from my team either time. When I told the nurse about my experience, she was upset that the outsourced team that answers the hotline never relayed the message but a few minutes later I got a call from a manager who minimized my symptoms and put the blame on me saying if it was that bad that I should have just gone to the hospital. After saying that I would not use their facility again, I got a charge for a test that I was previously told was covered. I know they're the best rated and some people have great experiences, and although I can say that they have competent doctors and good bedside manner when you're not in distress, this was one of the most traumatizing experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with CCRM. Dr Ryniec was absolutely wonderful, she is so kind and made the process such a happy one. The nursing team and entire staff were always so friendly and made what can be an awkward experience feel comfortable. Very happy to have found this practice!"
