Dr. Zimon is always very candid, but friendly - and is willing to chat though options with you. I trust her completely and all recommendations she makes. I also have to give a shout out to her clinical team - the nurses are amazing!!!! Especially Emma - who has always gone out of her way to call me regarding any matter and also worked late one day to get our prescriptions called in to the pharmacy because she knew how important our timeline was. I do think that anyone going through fertility treatment needs to understand that these Drs are incredibly busy, so a lot of communication is with the nurses. This is not unique to CCRM, but with any clinic - so it’s helpful to know that going in :) I always connected well with my nurses, so this never bothered me!"
