"I have always appreciated the medical care provided by Dr. Estes at this clinic; their professionalism and dedication have been commendable. However, I feel compelled to share my recent negative experiences with the clinic’s billing department. Despite not having visited the clinic for several months due to a move, I continued to receive bills. Initially, I assumed these were residual charges and paid them. However, when I received another bill four months since my last appointment, I was a bit concerned. When I reached out for clarification, the response was not only to ignore my request for clarification, but to also go ahead and charge my card without my explicit consent. This lack of transparency and unauthorized billing is deeply troubling and overshadowed my otherwise positive view of the clinic. I hope this feedback prompts a review and improvement of their billing processes to prevent similar experiences for other patients."
