"It is the worst primary care center I have used. The environment is good, but no one ever picked up the phone call, whenever it is. I tried to call them 10 times through the whole day and no answer at all. I can make an appointment through my Lahey Chart portal, but if I want to cancel it, I can’t do it directly on the portal, have to call the center and then no one will answer the call…."

"Refuse to refill two days worth of medication for trigeminal neuralgia because my primary can only see me next Monday or in February. My other choice is Friday which I CAN DO. But not before my medication runs out. It’s October currently. What a JOKE. I made the appointment for February months ago. Am I supposed to PLAN MY EMERGENCIES???? I will go without it until next Friday then."

"It’s a Sunday on Labor Day Weekend. I’m having problems with an antibiotic that’s not working. I call the office to have it changed before it becomes a bigger/chronic issue… there’s an automated message with the phone number to the Burlington Location… no answering service… I call Burlington and they tell me they don’t have on-call or page for Lexington just Peabody and then she tells me to go to the ER (and sit there for 4-5 hours and pay a $500 co pay to change a medication??) …what the absolute F is wrong with people??? and how is closing an entire practice for a long weekend without any way for patients to contact a medical professional of any sort safe, responsible, or ethical??? What a joke."

"This is for the Lexington MRI department. My son and I arrived on time for an 8:30 pm appointment and were met by rudeness and hostility from tech Kim and scheduler Kristen, who adamantly claimed we were late because we should have got there 1/2 hour before the appointment time. Kim proclaimed she would only do one of the scheduled procedures. The machine didn’t work for the first attempt, so she had to switch to the other MRI ordered. My son was in extreme pain after she twisted his limbs around all in a rush. When I called for the appointment, I was surprised (and a bit dismayed) at the 8:30 pm time, and was told they were open until 10. It took an hour for us to get there. There were no other patients and they should have done as his surgeon had ordered. I guess they had decided to close up early. We will never go there again after being treated in such a rude, unprofessional, and heartless fashion."
