"A mixed bag. I really liked Shannon Rex, the PA that helped me with my compression fracture, but several times when I wrote her a message asking a question, I got a response from a nurse, not Shannon. Obviously the nurse doesn't know as much as Shannon so her responses left a lot to be desired."
"Awesome experience with Dr Coppa and his team. Just had a L5-S1 disc fusion. My procedure was given a 60/40 chance success rate. As soon as I woke up in recovery I had the feeling back in my left foot and soon after the strength back in my left leg. The procedure was 5 days ago and I still have a lot of recovery to go through but I'm very happy with the results so far. "Not all heros wear capes". Thank you Dr Coppa.... Chris F"
"Great first impression! Front desk was personable and on the ball, waiting room was clean. The nurse who checked me in was dutifully thorough but also seemed genuinely interested in my responses. And Dr. Nakata was great! He listened to me without judgment, clearly explained things to me, was patient with my questions, and treated me with dignity and respect which I really appreciated. I feel like I am participating in my health care and that's a good feeling. Best thing---he saw me right at my appointment time!"
"Perfect example of everything that's wrong with healthcare on Cape Cod. From the rude, patronizing, dismissive tone of the woman that answers the phone to the unbearable wait time. Not to mention the lack of empathy or understanding from what appears to be extremely under qualified medical personal. I can not express how bad my experience has been with these people"
"I wad treated like a piece of trash. After waiting month for my appointment, with a doctor that I didn't ask for; I was called three days before and told that I needed to be rescheduled for another week. I explained I had been waiting a month already, but if that's all their is alright. Then received another call changing the appointment again. Ok when I showed up I was told that I missed my appointment OK. I wasn't even given a chance to set up another appointment and told that it was my fault about the time and place. The woman must be a saint she couldn't of possibly ever be wrong. I recommend going somewhere with nicer staff who truly want to help. I hope Obama care puts the out of business,"
