"I will not do business with Day’s again. I purchased a thin gold necklace which broke very very easily. I would recommend in the least staying away from any of their thin pieces! They asked me to pay to ship it back and said I also would have to pay for the repair. They basically accused me of being too aggressive with the necklace and insinuated it was all my fault, nothing to do with the poor quality of the necklace. Buyer beware!! They lost many customers in my opinion over a $45 repair which I am sure they could have easily written off. No thanks! Bad customer service!! So I NEVER ASKED FOR A CREDIT TOWARDS 2 WEDDING BANDS. THAT’s UNTRUE. I had simply mentioned to Logan early on that I needed to at some point purchase wedding bands. Gosh who likes a liar. Not speaking of Logan, he was actually very very nice! ALSO THE THIN BAND BROKE AFTER LESS THAN 3 WEEKS OF WEARING. I AM A BUSY MOM AND THE NECKLACE SAT IN A ZIPLOC BAG FOR SOMETIME. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR?? AFTER 3 WEEKS?? THAT’S ABSURD."
