"I went on a Sunday night around 5pm with my child. The woman at the front was SO kind. They don’t usually see kids as young as mine but agreed to because I was desperate! The medical aid and female doctor were really great. I appreciate there kindness and willingness to help me. Easy check in, and prompt service. Was a breath of fresh air to see friendly employees!"

"It was very convenient to be able to sign in online. I arrived at the stated time and was taken very quickly on a Friday morning, my provider and everyone else I dealt with were very professional and nice. They appropriately took a culture from me and called in a medicine across the way at CVS. On Monday, I called them for the results of my culture and was told someone would get back to me in a little while. On Tuesday I called again and they were very apologetic and said someone would definitely get back to me before they left at 8 PM for the day. On Wednesday, my original medication finished, I called once again and was told I did have an infection and that I may need a different medication and that they would call it into the pharmacy. They have not called it into the pharmacy today. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner. If I sat on a positive urine culture for 2 or 3 days without calling the patient, I would have been fired . Especially if I told them I was calling in a medication and I didn’t. So, I would give them 5 stars re: my original visit, and 0 stars for follow- up"

"I can’t say it strongly enough. CareWell Urgent Care in Dennis is great. Robert Babin is extremely professional and personable and is obviously concerned about your health. He takes his time in diagnosing your illness and coming up with a solution. It’s been only one day since my visit and I’m already feeling much better. I recommend them highly the next time you’re not feeling up to par."

"When I arrived there were 4-5 people in front of me. I signed in and sat down for my turn. Because it was a very busy day I waited over 2 hours. When my turn came I was placed in a room. A nurse came and took my vitals… after another wait Dr. Rob came in. He has been there for years. Very competent, calm and made me feel like I was the only patient he had. After his assessment I was given a prescription and sent on my way! Although I had a long wait, I would go back again, if need be…."

"My visit to CareWell Urgent Care was smooth and easy. I was able to "get in line" via their website and pre-register so that when I showed up for my appointment all I needed to do was to provide a credit card for my file. I was early but they were able to take me right away and after visiting with the nurse saw the physician's assistant who treated me and sent me on my way. I was in and out in 20 minutes, it was a great experience!"
