Health Imperatives Nantucket Sexual and Reproductive Health

Health Imperatives Nantucket Sexual and Reproductive Health, located at 20 Vesper Lane in Nantucket, Massachusetts, is a health institution that offers a range of services including birth control and options counseling, HIV prevention medications, and gender affirming hormone therapy. Our hours of operation are Monday 8:30am – 4pm, Tuesday 1pm – 7pm, Wednesday 8:30am – 4pm, Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, and Friday 8:30am – 12pm.

In addition to these services, we also provide WIC services to women who are pregnant or postpartum and families with young children under age five. Those who qualify for WIC can receive free and healthy food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to various health, economic, and family services.

Our Healthy Families program offers support to young parents up to age 26 through home visits, parent coaching, parenting education, and access to resources. Health Imperatives is dedicated to improving the health, safety, and economic security of low-income and vulnerable individuals and families in communities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, including Brockton, Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, New Bedford, Plymouth, and Wareham.
