"Manager is a wonderful person! He and his staff worked to get my money back from Fandango when I mistakenly ordered movie tickets for the wrong day. Because I had purchased tickets through an app and not through apple cinemas directly, the manager wasn't able to refund me. He did however, contact Fandango for me since I wasn't getting a response. Within a few days I had my money back. They went above and beyond when they really didn't have to!"

"As usual, Apple Cinemas was great. The quality and cleanliness are spectacular. I have been to the IMAX theater, and now the regular theater, both of which are clean. The IMAX theater seems to be a bit more worn seeing as it is probably the more popular option, I can see that completely, although I would recommend they fix an issue with one of the stairs in the IMAX theater. That and the fact that the restrooms (at least the men's room) could use some care. Just minor issues, ie. walls with what seems to be exposed silicone, and one ceiling tile missing seemingly revealing the insulation in the ceiling, it wasn't that large but it was noticeable because the entire restroom area was rather small. There is not much besides that, as said prior, excellent quality."

"My family visits this theater often on Tuesdays -- for the "Bargain day" tickets which are a great deal, especially with IMAX being included most times. The seats are comfortable recliners and I use the AtomTickets app to reserve seats in advance, if needed-- usually without issue. I can't speak for the concessions, because I do not buy them often-- when I do, no problems. There have been quite a few occasions that I have had to ask people to move out of the seats we purchased, which is annoying but not that big of a deal. Overall, I still enjoy visiting this theater and the IMAX is always a great experience."

"This is the way a theatre experience should be; comfortable seating in recliners, clean, great acoustics and great views from every seat in the theatre. With 12 theatres the viewing areas are smaller than older theatres which I liked as well. The concession stand had a good variety at the infamous movie theatre exorbitant pricing. I had a large Coke along with M&M peanuts which were good for about $10. Ouch!!! When all is said and done, if you're wanting to see a movie I highly recommend Cinemagic & IMAC in Saco."
