"So I had a fine experience at Mindful Medical Care when I needed to visit the dermatologist, and I got the prescription I needed at that time. However, after calling to get my prescription sent to another pharmacy a couple of months after getting the prescription they told me that they were busy at the moment. In total I had spoken with three different representatives throughout the course of a week who all told me they would call it in on three separate occasions. With each person I spoke with we verified both mine and the pharmacy's information and each representative assured me they would call it in. The last two people I spoke too acknowledged that there were requests for a call but nothing done about those requests. It's extremely frustrating when the medicine you need is only a simple phone call to a pharmacy away, but such a simple task can't be completed by those who can actually help. Yet to have the prescription called in."
