The store employees and manager helped me patiently and thoroughly with persistent problem-solving until it was all fixed. They were personable and thorough and made several calls on my behalf to AT&T tech support and Apple to get all the pieces needed to solve the puzzle. I would go there any time. They also tried to find the best economical solutions for my needs."

"Went in to get a sim card for my new phone and was helped by a lady named "Destiny" I believe. She was very friendly and was able to sort out an issue that came up with my AT&T account as well. Also she transferred over all my data and accounts to my new phone which I appreciated. There was another guy working there who was friendly also. Both had very good customer service and I will definitely be using this location in the future when I need a new phone."

She was new to the job but was already very knowledgeable and if she wasn't 100 percent sure about something she checked in with the manager who was also very very nice. They were able to get me a new phone and all the accessories I needed and made sure that everything was working before I left. I've never had such amazing customer service before!"
