"I can not recommend The Center for a Well Being highly enough. If you are looking for a reset and an effective/healthy way to lose weight, this is the place. I was very hesitant to do their program as I worried it was a gimmick and the weight would come right back. I could not have be more wrong. The best part of the program is that you get to eat! This is not a diet or calorie counting. Instead the weight loss program is a chance to change the way you eat while still enjoying delicious food and the weight came off very quickly for me. I am at 50lbs down in four months and feel great! My coach, Jen Mathieson was an incredible supporter and full of knowledge and expertly answered any question I had during the process.
