"I needed washing machine hook-ups installed in my basement and called Arlington Plumbing Inc. and Steve is great! He returned my initial phone call the very next day (a Sunday) and found time to come assess my situation and give me a perfectly reasonable estimate that week. During his assessment Steve took the time to come upstairs and check out my existing washing machine set up and chat with me about some structural issues I was worried about related to the machine (he has been in business for 40 years and knows more than a thing or two about construction as well as plumbing). He was punctual and communicative, letting me know that there was a bit of a complication in the plan that required some extra work/materials. This took my bill slightly above the estimate but it was obvious why that was. I will absolutely contact Steve again for any other job I may have!"
