"Difficult to obtain info. Given an amt to pay, but does not give details. My chart is also tough to navigate"

"1st bill that went to collections I never received a bill for at all then the 2nd that went to collections I had an agreement with Southcoast to take out a certain amount once a month until it was paid off. Now I get a letter from the collections agency that it was sent to them for non payment. How when they were supposed to take the money out. That was the agreement."

"Didnt receive bills from Southcoast and they sent them to collections without warning. After making the payment once the collection agency reached out, Southcoast applied that payment to another balance I had that I was previously paying on. The collection agency reached out to Southcoast to fix the issue IN FEBRUARY and they STILL have not heard back. When I called the billing dept at Southcoast, im told they see the payment, but cant fix it. What?? Your system is terrible. Once this is settled we will be done with Southcoast."

"Absolutely terrible Billing system. Impossible to figure out what you are being charged for. I had one procedure and received four different Bills, The Anesthesia Group is even worse. No one wants to answer the phone to get things straightened out. They just want you to blindly pay every time they send a bill."
