CrossFit 321

"I love this gym! Everyone is really friendly, and the atmosphere is definitely one of encouragement. We're encouraged to try hard and test ourselves, but also to do what we need to do to get a workout in. I really appreciate the help with scaling options. At times, options have been suggested that I wasn't certain I could do, but then I was delighted to learn that I could! I know a lot of people are intimidated by CrossFit, thinking it's all super fit people, judging you. But trust me when I say no one is watching what you're doing at this gym, they are all just trying to do their own best. There are always modifications as well, and almost everyone changes something in the workouts! One last thing, we always go over movements before the lifts/workouts, which is nice, especially if it's been awhile since I did a certain movement. CrossFit 321 is friendly, welcoming, challenging and FUN."

"What a welcoming and friendly gym! I am overweight and generally very self conscious. I have very little experience working out, lifting weights and generally being in a gym. They have made an inclusive and fun atmosphere! I am no longer scared to go sweat and struggle in front of people. The other people in the class are really helpful, they give me tips and tricks in how to do movements better, its awesome! Ginny and the rest of the staff are awesome and make the workouts fun and challenging! I'm so happy I found this gym! "
