"The doctor had me schedule an appointment in September. When I got there, the doctor told me there wasn't anything we needed to do at that time. She didn't run any tests or even refill my prescription, saying none of that was necessary and they'd handle it at my next appointment. I left after being in the waiting room longer than I was in the exam room. I got a bill a week later for $280 for absolutely nothing, and when I called to file a grievance, they refused to file it and I got sent to collections. If I didn't have to go here, I absolutely wouldn't."
