"I tried to become a new patient at this practice and when I called a couple months ago I spoke to a man and I went through the entire process of giving him all my information and making an appointment and at the end of the call turns out they didn't take my insurance. So I ended up getting new insurance a couple of weeks ago and when I called back the lady I spoke to said she was the new patient coordinator and that I have to go online to fill out a new patient registration form and either fax or mail it in. So I filled out the form and called the office today and asked if I can drop off the form instead of faxing or mailing it and then I was told they aren't taking new patients! Don't waste your time with this place."
"Sadly most of these reviews are quite ACCURATE. Husband had a physician that transfered to this practice, so he did as well. Loved his doctor! Staff on the other hand, not so good, as said by others! Havent been there in years, left this practice, but it doesnt appear there has been any improvement or changes made! Front staff, billing and whomever answers the phone were rude and belittling. Cripes they just hang up on you… and / or cut you loose and remove you as a patient. This apparently is still standard office proceedure. Close family friend, which has been going there for years, was told last week, he is no longer a patient and removed from the practice: No notification and informed only when calling to make an appointment. Then was hung up in! In my opinion, if you have to respond to ALL these reviews with snarky excuses, which is what they are, you probably should look further into you STAFF! Its not the patients, its your staff! I’m sure you can provide an inaccurate excuse. Former Patients!"
"Absolutely ridiculous! My wife and I left this practice months ago due to terrible customer service about an appointment that was scheduled incorrectly. My wife got the confirmation text for an appointment the night before (less than 24 hours) that her appointment would be at 12pm. When scheduling the appointment over the phone it was supposed to be for 10am. Now here’s where it gets bad, she called to cancel because they messed up the appointment scheduling and was told she’d be getting a late cancellation fee because she didn’t cancel within 24 hours. To this day, They are still sending us the bill for THEIR mistake! Take it ownership of your own mistakes! No wonder the reviews are terrible. DO BETTER"
"The previous reviews are all accurate, so either the owner is really the manager who is the cause of the employee behavior or the owner is blindsided by it. Also, this is not all employees the women I spoke to last evening was very nice and helpful. The "manager" is incapable of seeing anything from anyone's lens other than her own. I have had several encounters where she specifically has been unprofessional including today. The doctors and RN's are fantastic but they likely have no idea how the front of the house is being run. Ten to twenty minute wait times on calls are the tip of the iceberg. I was essentially thrown out of the practice today because they would not refill my prescription following a missed check in appointment. I shouldn't have missed this appointment so this was my mistake and I said that. The issue I had was when I called to set the appointment they said they would fill the prescription as long as I booked an appointment to come in for a med review. Over the years their standard practice has been to fill the prescription once the appointment is booked, so of course that's what I did vs. coming in on one day's notice. Then a day later when the prescription remained unfilled I called back and asked why and was put on hold and was told that they WOULDN'T fill the prescription until I came in for an appointment. This was contrary to their practice known to me and country to what I was told by the receptionist the day prior. Let's just say it makes no sense that I would have willingly known I wasn't going to be able to refill a prescription that impacts work performance and deferred the appointment weeks. They had an appointment available today and tomorrow so I would have obviously taken that. The front desk couldn't do anything so they said the manager would call me back today. Of course I wasn't pleased, but here is the thing this manager doesn't care how poor the communication is or the wait time is, an doesn't see how this impacts the patient. Her response was to kick me out of the practice because of my multiple instances of being disrespectful to her and the team! I understand defending your team but the way this individual handles situations is exactly the reason her team lacks many client service skills. I am stunned at the behavior displayed and I can't even talk to a doctor to explain because the receptionists have to report to this manager before they can do anything. I hope the doctors / owners see these consistent posts of poor service and make some changes. Additionally, throwing out a patient when they know an in-person appointment is needed to refill a prescription is borderline malpractice especially given the shortage of appointments available for new patients.
