"The pain clinic doctor that I am seeing suggested Peak PhysicalTherapy for land and aquatic therapy. I spent 6 months with Omar doing land therapy in Hanover. Omar helped me with my chronic pain at a level 10 down to a 3. His encouragement and PT regimen helped me regain my strength and ability to recover. On several occasions I had Al as my physical therapists when Omar was unavailable. He was tremendous as well assisting me with restored movement and flexibility. "I was working with Omar in Hanover for about 4 months with my ACL reconstruction. He helped me get back to full strength and athletics at a level I wasn’t sure was possible. He takes pride in his work and creates custom programs for his clients to help their specific needs. Omar enjoys breaking down the Xs and Os of his programming so you understand not just the exercises, but why you’re performing each of them. Omar also makes himself available after you’ve “graduated” from the program and encourages you to reach out if any questions or concerns ever arise. I highly recommend going to Hanover for your PT. The entire staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to their work."
