"This office has become extremely inconsistent. Their hours make it tough for a working individual to get in touch with anyone. You used to be able to count on the portal, that is no longer an effective option. I miss the days where Dawn Folan was running the majority of the show, you really can't seem to find an NP like her anymore, you know, one who cares and has some sense of urgency with her patients. I've been through the ringer with this office since Covid hit. Without getting into every little thing that has caused me to leave this practice. The one comment I care most to share is the relatively new-ish PCP Jonah Dunphy. Who feels the need to message patients back via the portal when the message wasn't addressed to/intended for her AND without her ever meeting you let alone taking a look at your history/charts. Making comments about my labs and some meds she said I'd need when the NP Nadalee had them ran for a completely different issue. She's beyond rude and offers absolutely no substance to this practice. I've been without a medication for almost a week now, I've left messages on the portal as well as voicemails. All I was given is "sorry for the inconvenience"...so I am left with no medication and basically staff who could care less about it. Nadalee is a great person, always felt like I was talking to a friend, but after a few years I realized that's more of an issue than a positive. Very lax care, always left with more questions than answers and a lot of promises that just never happed. I felt like I've had to do the leg work with this practice for the last few years to manage my own care which should not be the case. For a town that's scarce on primary care practices, you'd think you'd finally want to shine/stand out vs. being this way."

"I honestly don’t understand any negative reviews. For the most part all my appointments have ran on time. I have gotten amazing care, better than I ever have. They have all been friendly and kind. We are so very fortunate to have this office in a small community. I have been going to this office for several years."

"This office is always running an hour to 2 hours behind. My last appointment I showed up to they said they had to cancel it but they never called me to tell me, so I took work off for no reason that day to go to my doctors appointment that they canceled. This morning I took work off for a 9:45 appointment, I was in the waiting room with 5 other people till 10:15 when a nurse came out and said the doctor is running an hour and a half behind. I told my work I would be in by 11-11:30. So I had to leave without being seen. This office takes the meaning of unprofessional and unorganized to a whole new level."

"By far the most pathetic display of a “doctors office” I have ever come across. I dont even understand how they’re still in business. No one there has any clue what they’re doing. Their phone system is a mess. They mess up appointment dates. They mess up payments frequently. Doctor Gordan is useless and makes appointments complicated. They misplace information and overbill you. I could go on for days... Do not go here unless you want your healthcare situation to be a disastrous ball of stress and inconvenience."
