"Everyone on the staff (front desk, intake, doctor) was very very friendly. I went on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable; and they were kind, listened, and asked thoughtful questions. I felt I was taken care of very well and had a great experience."

"I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Staff was kind and helpful. The only reason I am taking away 1 star is that the doctor made me feel a bit uncomfortable and as though I was wrong for coming in. Apparently they don’t treat the kind of injury I was experiencing, even though it did not say that on their website. The doctor also seemed to not hear my answers to their questions, as they asked the same questions to my husband after I had already replied. They spoke mostly to my husband even though I was the patient. I will most likely come back in the future because of the clean facility and low wait times, but will lower my expectations regarding available care."

"The facility did absolutely nothing. I arrived completed a health history form and waited my turn. The nurse reviewed my health history form and told me to go to er. They would not even listen to my lungs or really check my vitals. Went to er and waited until 11pm and was diagnosed with pneumonia. The facility advertised that they treat pneumonia but would not even entertain treatment reviewing the clear signs of pneumonia. I will most likely receive a bill and the facility/ staff did not help/ treat me in anyway. Freaked me and my family out… by jumping to conclusions. Did not let me speak or get a word in. I found the staff abrasive. I hope I do not receive a bill for just sitting in a waiting room!"

"A great place to go for urgent care. This was my first time at this facility and I was very impressed. I was especially impressed with Justine Malone NP who was both friendly and knowledgeable. She explained my opinions to me and sent me to SS Hospital for a test. Shortly after I left the hospital, she called me to explain the results of the test. I was very pleased with my entire experience at this facility.A"
