"I loved Michelle, she was great. She left and I got stuck with a different provider. They were decent at first. At a recent appointment my provider implied some very inappropriate behaviors. (regarding shortages of medications & going off of the advice of the pharmacy as well as the office) I put in effort to send medication to pharmacies with stock… Insert inappropriate implication here. This provider was also aware of almost three months efforts to pay off a balance, to have an appointment, to come off of this hassle of a medication. Then the provider went off their own unrelated bias to make a new medication recommendation. I have always thought people were strange about not trusting their doctors, but this person in addition to using their own biases they used a family history as a low key jab. The focus of my appointment then became about weight. This same guy who wouldn’t fill meds for Hashimoto’s due to outstanding balance. My goal from this appointment was mental health & medication change. I left the place worse off than when I arrived- unwell, and $500 poorer. The whole experience was sad, I actually felt sad and hopeless leaving that day and wicked disgust."

"Went to one appointment. Spent the entire appointment arguing with Dr. Kevin Lamphere. He told me what what my injury was. When I disagreed, and told him that this was an existing injury that I reinjured. He became hostile, berated me and then accused of feigning my injury."

I get behind an accident in traffic and call to say I’m 15 minutes late. They cancel my appointment. And That was after they had rescheduled. I have not seen my actual primary in YEARS. Done"
