"NP Holly Roberts is not friendly and is very difficult to work with. I definitely would not recommend BI Lahey if you want to actually be listened to - it’s pretty much a factory."

"Schedule an appointment 4 months out, their soonest availability. Located in the labyrinth of the Cummings Center, made worse by having multiple addresses listed online; and didn't see fit to list directions either in the confirmation text, email or calls they bombarded me with for a week. Drove around for 10 minutes to find the right building, then wandered inside following the contradictory signage for another 5-10 minutes, and called, 5 minutes late for my appointment, to ask how I actually find the place. She tells me that, despite the signs pointing inside, I actually can only access from outside. She says "See you in a few minutes" and hangs up. I hustle (literally jogging) back outside and enter the office 4-5 minutes later (this place is huge). I'm told "We have a strict 10 minute limit, I will see you if the doctor can still see you." She walks off, an comes back about a minute later. "He is already with another patient, you will have to reschedule" I look at my phone- it is 12 minutes past my appointment. I told them I had just called, they knew I was in the building, and it took me 4 months to get this appointment. She blinks and says "I don't know. What do you want to do?" I'm happy, at least, that I got to find out how much they care about their patients right away."

"Not a good first impression - I was turned away because I was past their "10 min window" by 3 mins. When I called to let them know that I couldn't find their location after walking around Cummings Center. What was more frustrating is I called shortly after 8am to let them know I was lost but the message says they don't open until 8:30am. WHY would you make appointments at 8am if you don't answer your phones til 8:30am!! BAD customer service!!"

"Front staff are horrible!! I asked for an official paper and the letter looked like a 4 year old wrote it misspelled words and spacing . Ashley the office manager had to write it 3 times. Liz is extremely Rude phone manners are non existent. The only reason I stayed is because Dr. Shahin was new to the practice and actually acted like he cared ."
