"I definitely highly recommend this place! A five star review is the least I can do in thanks for Trish's professional and exceptional service. I've seen her for over 3 years now."
"I have visited PK Aesthetics 3 times. I have seen Trisha twice for botox and Jenn for a facial. I would not trust anyone else with my skin, They are both amazing and i highly recommend them. Trisha takes her time and is able to answer all my questions each time i visit. Jenn also took her time and gave me a great, relaxing facial. My skin looks amazing, these two women are great!"
"Absolutely love Jen! She is professional and informative and takes time to evaluate your skin and recommends the right services that best suit your skin care needs."
"First time Botox-er and was recommended by my friend. Not only was I 100% satisfied with my results but she did a free consultation and educated me on the process, why it can be preventative and gave me so much to share with my friends and clients as a hairstylist. Her office is super cute too!"
"This place has the most awful customer service. Very disappointed with how Trish handled a miscommunication on her part. I bought a living social voucher for botox. My first time ever going and I wanted it for a photo shoot I had. I called to make the appt. Trish was extremely nice. She said she was booked up for awhile. I explained to her that my voucher expired Feb. 20. My appt was for March 4. She said no problem we will honor the voucher it's only a couple weeks and I cant get you in sooner. On March 3 I call to confirm my appt. She calls me back on March 4 and said she's on vacation and didnt have me in her schedule. I said ok no big deal so we made an appt for the following week. 2 hours later I receive a phone call from Trish stating that I was a no call no show on Feb 4 and I would be charged a $50 fee. I explained to her that couldn't be possible since we talked about my voucher expiring on Feb 20th. Plus I had the photo shoot on Feb 5. So I had my hair extensions put in on the 4th. She didn't want to hear it, saying it's rude of me not to show up to an appt and that if I wanted to continue with my appt next week I would have to pay the $50 no show fee. I paid $130 for the voucher which now I'm just going to have to eat. There is no way I would trust her with putting botox in my face."
