"Took my daughter there because she had an bug bite near her eye. The doctor who saw her looked at her and said "she is fine, is just an insect bite" no medicine or anything, we were in the room for less than 5 minutes. They billed my insurance for $266 and sent me I have to pay $25. There are a lot of wrong things with the health system, $266 to say it is an insect bite???? - you call the office and after spending 10 minutes from answer machine to answer machine, someone finally answers and say that someone else is going to call back, you wait, and wait and have to call back again and go through the same process because that someone forget to call, but they charge $266 for nothing. Crazy!!!!"

"I have been bringing both my kids since they were babies I love and they love Dr Diamond and staff overall I think it’s a great place for my kids"

"Worse place to bring your child. They do not care about anything beside charging for the 5 minute the doctor spend with you in a 30 min appointment. You will never get a call back from the doctor. To make a sick appointment waiting on queque for an hour, just to get a voicemail. You have to wait hours to get a call back from a nurse that only told me take the child to the ER. Horrible staff and zero empathy."

"I've been bringing my children to Pediatric Healthcare Associates since moving to the area about 12 years ago. The doctors, our primary care and those we've needed to see for unplanned sick visits, are caring, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I have found the entire staff to always be courteous as well."

"I have been calling Pediatric Healthcare Associates for almost two months now to register my children as new patients as we recently moved to Salem from out of town. Every time I call I get the automated voicemail system asking me to leave a detailed message and someone will return my call shortly... Well I've left approximately 10 messages with them over a two month span and I still haven't received a call back. Now my children are currently over due for their physicals and they need to have up to date immunization records for daycare and summer camp. I called the office yet again today and left another message with them, so I'll be patiently waiting for a returned phone call so I can get my children back on schedule with their important healthcare needs. I am currently giving this practice one star but will be willing to change that if and when I get the opportunity to meet them."
