"This has been my doctors office for several years I’ve never had any issues ever, I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect and help. Dr.Ftizcharles and Dr.Peaslee are so kind and they listen to what’s going on. The nurses and secretaries are extremely kind as well."

"If i could give it a half star i would this place is awful been on hold for about 40 minutes whats the point of a doctors office if you cant even get a hold of them close this place down or get new owners and better people to work here"

"Great staff. Unfortunately the phone service is horrible. The online portal is so much better and they get back to you faster. Some of the nicest nurses and Dr.s. in south shore. Very Busy but overall Great Place."

"Avoid this place at all cost. They change prices for each of the visit every time you call them for people with no insurance I was given different price over phone while booking an appointment and asked much higher when I went in there, I am glad I refused to pay."

"I do not recommend going to this location. First off, the RUDE person that answered the call center phone made my appointment at the WRONG location and once I got there I was informed that the call center person put me in for the WRONG reason for visit. The receptionist was also rude and refused to help me sort out a wrongfully charged copay and just told me to call the insurance. The medical assistant was condescending and coughed and sniffled during the time she took my vitals. The provider informed me that she was the only provider available, as the other had called out and urged me to complain about my experience since the company "doesn't listen to us when we complain." Overall, no healthcare is better than this healthcare."
