I’ve read some bad reviews on this place and thought about canceling the appointment. Im very happy I didn’t. They also treated my 12 year old Autistic son like a Rock star. So just wanted to say thank you for everything"
"New to the area and was trying to get a primary care appointment. I had called their new patient line, and after being on the phone for over 30 min, I was finally given a telephone appointment with Erika Garcia a few days later. This is so I could set up an actual appointment with a pcp. Fast forward to a few days later, my phone appointment was at 1:30 and I never received a call. So I called their call back number at 2pm and was told they weren't sure what was going on. I went on my online chart and Erika Garcia noted on my file that they had attempted to call me at 1:40, 1:50, 2pm and 3pm. I have screenshots of my call list showing no calls of the sort. Finally, at 3:26, she unapologetically calls me, 2 hours late. At this point, I had already made an appointment with another group out of my annoyance for this unprofessional behavior. This by the way was noted on my chart as me "declining" this appointment. I have lived in multiple states and in cities all over the country and have never encountered such inefficient medical care. Being a medical professional myself, I'm appalled at the dishonest record keeping this person had recorded. Go elsewhere for medical care unless you want to deal with inefficiency."
"Dr. Brisson and her staff are amazing! She listens and cares about you and your health! She goes above and beyond to give the best health care and help you with any alignments. concerns, etc! She works with her heart and knowledge! I can't praise her enough!"
"The lack of communication here is actually appalling. Last September the gynecologist referred me for surgery. After hearing nothing for six weeks I started calling every week, leaving a message for either the gynecologist or my PCP to call with an update. Nothing. Then I started calling every other day, then every day, sometimes several times. Occasionally a nurse with absolutely no knowledge of my medical history or ability to help me would return my call, but never the gyno who referred me or my PCP. Who, in theory, I should be able to reach at any time. I started to feel a lot of anger and anxiety about needing surgery but being unable to have it. Finally in November I was at a breaking point and asked for a behavioral health referral. They told me I would have to come in and talk to my PCP, so I figured, two birds and whatnot. I was sitting in her office and when she walked in with my chart and said "We referred you for surgery?" my jaw literally dropped. I think I started laughing and crying at the same time. She was able to push the referral through a week later, finally, and I am currently recovering from surgery I should have had in October. Meanwhile, I just got a letter that another referral she made for me was out of network. I have a list of in-network providers and a number she needs to fax a Prior Authorization form to, but I have no way to get her this information. I've called twice already and not heard back. I am not looking forward to resuming daily fruitless calls with your team where I leave the same message over and over and she never gets it. I am not sure where the roadblock in the system is here, but you need to figure it out and resolve it. Like I said above, it's actually appalling. I got better health care in Central America in the 1990s."
