"I been going to Salem asthma n allergy with my 2 children for 3 years. If you suspect you have allergies you can have a scratch panel test done to see exactly what your allergic too. They also can place orders to test by blood at Salem hospital the test can even show levels of allergic reactions like you maybe super allergic to egg white only. They handle asthma as well and they do have the same equipment in house as asthma specialist They specialize in both issues . They have this plastic thing you sit in then test your breathing strength . Miss Palumbo handles sending prescriptions and she can assist by filling out those forms needed for after schools camps public school which you'd be wise to obtain now come sept. .when ever one rushes to have forms dine it can get hectic and most offices have wait times. For me it was great to have a specialist not just primary care for getting forms to start school n afterschools. If you suspect a child is appearing to cough hives swelling in face don't wait get the referral n get scratch testing. My son has anaphylaxis not lactose intolerance actual life or death if epi pen isn't administered cardiac arrest can occur so if a baby coughs when drinking the bottle it's throat closing up anaphylaxis don't sleep on this go see miss Palumbo n carry the epi pen junior egg n peanut allergies on rise due to injecting food products into vein via vaccines that contain peanut n egg now so be on look out big influx off toddler peanut n egg allergy. They rename peanut protein pv13 on Vax ingredients label so stagger the Vax to identify reaction"

"The girl in the front desk has a very rude attitude, when she’s asking you questions she’s talking down to you and treating you like you are dumb, she couldn’t find my name I showed her the I go I had and my Information was in the doctors portal but not her screen but she was talking down to me the whole time like I did something wrong. It was my first time coming to this office the doctors were so nice but the front desk girl need to work on how she aprciacjes ne sostienes and her tone of voice ."

"I absolutely love my asthma and allergist office they are amazing! Dr. Maclean is really good at what he does very informative and easy to talk to and he listens to what you have to say! They are super friendly and helpful. I love that they even worked around my schedule due to work and being a single mom, just to keep me on my weekly injections which is what won my heart. I even just recently now have my 18yr old who is now his patient as well cause turns out she is like me having bad allergies. Please if you are looking for an allergist office I say go to Asthma and Allergy of Salem Ma!"
