"Place is an absolute joke ! My wife is there to get help and on the meds she needs & all they’re doing is neglecting all the patients there . She’s been waiting for her clothes and shower items since 9-10am thIs morning . THEY DO NOT CARE . Then another lady needs to go to the hospital and all they’re worried about is giving up her bed if she goes . Uhm getting her HELP is more important. Do not , I repeat DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE !!!!!!"

"I was there for suicidal ideation and I left feeling as if I got no help. The only good thing to come from this location was the safety protocols and medication, which changed around twice. I felt completely disregarded by staff and found some to say very disrespectful things to patients. Only one nurse made my stay there bearable, while others made me feel like a burden, even saying I was “making them work” and sighing as they stood up like I was asking them for too much. The food is brought from another location and is the worst I’ve ever had. The therapy sessions focus on anger and recovery from drug addiction, which was so unhelpful for me that I only attended knowing that it would help me get out faster. By the time I was leaving, I felt I was being freed from a prison. Their downtime options are pathetic. Their library is not stocked with any good books. Half of them are ripped, and the other half are childish. Their music room looks like a torture room with one single bed in the middle. Otherwise, you are out of luck to relax. The therapists do not allow for any one-on-one discussions and the groups are, again, focused on anger and drug recovery. They refuse to speak with anyone personally, which defeats the purpose of going somewhere to be heard. In group sessions, they redirect back to a general idea which does not assist anyone’s personal journey. I would absolutely not recommend going to this location at all. Put up a fight to go anywhere else, because I don’t want anyone who was feeling the way I was to not receive the help they need."

"Totally useless. No help to the client whats so ever. Send them on their way with no follow up services and no diagnosis. Do not send your loved ones there. This place is horrible. Trying to speak to a nurse about loved one is nearly impossible and when you finally do get to talk to them and loved one and myself want to know what medications they took earlier the nurse response “i do not know i have to wait till tomorrow so i can ask the nurse that was on the shift before me” BS they are over medicating and will not share the information without a fight. Ridiculous."
