"I have alot of health issues and I've been to many different doctors. This is one of the worst offices I have ever been to. The receptionists are rude. They gave me an attitude because I wouldn't pay my bill until it went through my insurance. The doctor said there was nothing he could do to help me because I had too many allergies and the nurse was wrong about when to use my epipen. She told me not to use it unless I couldn't breathe and my current allergist says you should NEVER wait that long! My current allergist has been able to help me with all my allergies to the point where I'm now starting to be able to handle being around some of the things I was allergic to. So I stopped going to Allergy Associates and refused to pay the bill because they did nothing to help me. But they decided to SUE me for $386."

"Absolutely horrible. Don't bother trying to get a diagnosis unless you have the world's easiest allergy to diagnose. Rude employees that clearly dislike their jobs. The entire business needs an overhaul."

"I can't properly express how thankful I am for the staff and doctors at Allergy Associates. I have been a patient for about 30 yrs. Resently, I tranfrrred to another dr because it was closer to my home. That office did not provide proper care. Thankfully, Dr. Mcguire took me back. Thank you, thank you!!"

"I am a patient of Dr.Kathy. I think Dr Kathy is wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of the services provided at allergy associates. How ever the administrative staff is one of the worst iv had to deal with at any medical office. I called to inquire about a bill that I felt was unjust since the visit was just to sign paperwork. Im not one to name people by name in reviews but-the conversation I just had lacked so much empathy customer service that o feel it’s necessary. I spoke with someone in the billing department named Doreen. Regardless on if I felt the charge was fair or not if it had been explained to me by someone with even an ounce of customer service skills or kindness I would have ended that phone call upset but understanding and okay knowing that it was explained kindly. Doreen from beginning to end of the conversation was combative and pretty much flat out rude saying things like “ well if you had a problem with the charges you should have said something that day”( I was not informed of what the charges were on the date of service when I checked out). Her tone was extremely combative the entire time when I was nice about it and didn’t even call to argue. Her consistent talking over me and trying to just dismiss me by stone walling every question I tried to ask was some of the worst customer service Iv ever experienced. I left the conversation saying I will pay the bill in question but I didn’t appreciate how rude she was. All in all great doctor and clinical staff but the administration is truly a blemish on what could be a great office."
