"I was referred to this practice from my primary after complaining about recurrent GI problems that lasted on-and-off for two years. The specialist was able to diagnose me with ulcerative colitis after a colonoscopy and put me on medication to treat it. My symptoms did not resolve. When I informed the doctor, he refused to take me seriously. He waived off my complaints and said they didn't make any sense. He refused to do any more testing. He prescribed me a medication that in his opinion "might" help. I did not get the prescription filled. I wound up seeing a nutritionist, and after two visits and making some minor lifestyle changes, I was fine. Listen to your patients."
