"I had a terrible experience here. First of all, the place itself is disgusting. Cracked windows, dirty floors, used toilet paper and pee on the floor of the ONE women's bathroom/shower in the entire place... The rooms are like dingy jail cells with painful beds, harsh ceiling lighting, and a window or two that doesn't let any sun in. The overnight office staff and the therapist I saw once were nice, but if you need help for panic, anxiety, or depressive episodes during the day, they're highly understaffed and no one is available to really help. Even worse, there is not a doctor or a therapist on from 5pm until the next morning. During an intense panic attack, I went to the office staff bawling, hyperventilating, and shaking, looking for help. They told me if I colored, drew, or talked to another client, I'd feel better. I ended up having to call my regular therapist and crisis and counseling to calm me down. I feel bad for some of the staff here, because they WERE helpful, but all in all, this place is a mess."
