"I’ve been waiting for 8 months for an appointment with ENT after they cancelled my first one. Just typical of the quality of service from the front desk staff. Absolute ignorant and unprofessional. I’d rather shove an ice pick in my ear than to speak with the front staff woman."

"I usually don’t post reviews much less for medical facilities but my experience here with my son for his first ENT appointment went well above the expectation. We barely had any wait time (I believe we even got called in early), and every single member of the staff was kind and personable. Melissa Carette was wonderful both with my son and me and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s very few and far between to find a facility where everyone is kind so this place definitely deserves their flowers!"

"I had 8-45am appointment and I called them and told them I would be a couple of minutes late. They told me it was fine and when I got there they told me the Dr left. I am bedridden and on oxygen. I will never go there again."

"I rarely leave a bad review….Out of the 10 times I’ve called the office, 3 of them I had a decent helpful receptionist on the line. This past week while preparing for my child’s surgery, I ran into a few questions, the women that answered to send a message to the doctor was great, when I called back later trying to figure out how to get a little more guidance in an issue, the women the came back on the line after one girl had answered we extremely rude, impatient and told me that I wasn’t L telling her what I had just told the other girl. If my son didn’t need this surgery or if I could just speak to the doctors and hearing specialist directly, then I would rate them 5 stars. To the 2 or 3 receptionist that are pleasant I thank you for being kind, I have bad days too, but when it comes to my family and their well-being, and I’m looking for guidance , I don’t need yo be yelled at."
