"Is there a primary care shortage this place? I only got one chance to see my primary care doctor this year. All the appointments are several months away. I can only get my annual exam scheduled till January next year. Funny. What’s the point of having a primary care doctor if they can’t give you basic primary care? Front desk is rude. They are not here to help you solve any problems."
"I've been in excruciating pain on and off since early May: was not able to get an appointment until at least a month or so out, so I focused on a holistic/supplemental solution as an alternative. Since the summer it's gotten worse again and I tried to request an appointment on 9/27 via patient gateway. ZERO response from anyone. I just had to call in for an appointment today and the receptionist was short with me and pretty much hung up on my face. Depending on how this follow-up appointment goes (NO appointments available for 3 weeks even though I'm in serious pain), no matter how much I like my primary care doctor, I will be looking for a new provider at another practice/office almost certainly because of the receptionists and scheduling issues/my provider's non-existent availability since May 2023. Unacceptable."
"I very much like my primary doctor, but my experience with their emergency on-call line was pretty terrible. I had fever 108, and called the doctor on call. She said that such a fever doesn't exist and I would be dead if that were the case. I don't even know where to start with what's wrong with this statement. First of all it's factually incorrect as hyperpyrexia does exist. Also, this comment was dismissive implying that I was making it up.. And ,what kind of thing is this to say to a patient who is calling in distress in the middle of the night?? The front desk service is also not great-difficult to get through and to get a call back even in this situation of medical emergency which is what I was dealing with."
"Front desk horrible, unprofessional,needs HIPA training again.Doctors are ok but the wait times are 2 hours.Good luck to schedule a appointment or wait till someone calls you back"
"Given the run around no follow up poor service—— I called in at 9:03 to schedule an appointment to have them have a nurse call me before we can schedule anything.. i called back after waiting 2 hours to have them say no you have to wait 3-4 hours for a nurse to contact you. Now it’s hour 4 I’ve called 3 times already and now said they will send a message to the nurse…. Did not apologize for inconvenience VERY unprofessional and unorganized I stated to schedule an appointment regardless of the fact that I haven’t spoken with a nurse they refused said only the nurse can schedule appointments (false) changing my care and I suggest you do to"
