"I love the psychiatrist I have but, the answering service to get medicine refills is abysmal. I don't know why they out source their answering service when it is crucial for people with psychiatric issues to receive medicine refills in a timely manner. Again my psychiatrist is great. The answering service is abysmal"
"Nothing but love and respect for these people. Always punctual, very friendly and had every answer I needed without problem. This place is the best experience I've had within this system so far and I mean that."
"Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. When you do, rhey have yelling and screaming in the background and rhen they put you on mute. Secondly, I have been a patient with a past therapist since early 2019. In 2020/21, the phone issues became so frequent I tried to get another therapist and doctor but as we all know. The wait list is so long elsewhere so we take what we can get. It just happened again and all I'm trying to do is confirm if I even have an upcoming appointment and where I am on the list dor a therapist of which I put that request in almost a year ago now. Please avoid this place especially if you don't live in Brockton."
"First of all, it’s nearly impossible to speak to reception/customer service. They have no idea what they’re doing and extremely hard to understand. My provider was Blondel Jarvis for psychiatry. Not only was she insensitive, but she didn’t listen to any of my concerns and was noticing irritated with me when we spoke. When I told her my concerns about certain medications they were ignored. When I asked about certain side effects she said side effects aren’t an issue (but they are) it’s just that people are too sensitive to them. or she said i was too resistant to treatment (not true) she would say things like "so what you wanna just try something else?" it felt as if i was prescribing my own medications without ant knowledge of them. when i stopped attending our sessions, she never even reached out. i dont want to hear from her, but its extremely irresponsible to treat a psychiatric patient this way. If I had a question about medication, it was impossible to get a hold of her or anybody to answer that question."
"It’s extremely difficult to understand the customer service people. They are not helpful when I question why my mother’s copayments are different every time for the same service. The health care providers we have worked with have all been excellent though. I’m hopeful that with the new portal it will eliminate the need for the outsourced customer service representatives."
