"Worst experience. When I checked in I was alone and well before my appointment time. I shopped around the store then sat down to wait as time got closer. Another patient arrive shortly after. It was almost 25 minutes past my appointment until the door opened and the patient left. the nurse stayed in the room for another 5-8 minutes and kept the door closed. I thought it was odd that she didn't greet me. I went to the app to make sure my appointment was still valid by trying to schedule another. it asked if I wanted to keep my current appointment that was already nearly 30 minutes passed. I declined the new appointment and kept my original. the nurse came out and told me my appointment was cancelled since I wasn't there. I was literally waiting in the seat when she opened the door. Instead of greeting me since I was the only person there (the other patient arrived after the last patient left) what this nurse did was cancel my appointment manually. I know this because it was less than 2 minutes prior that I had checked that my appointment was still scheduled on the app. She tried to argue with me and shush me when I called her out on it and told know I know what she did and explained it in front of the other patient to. Do better CVS. Hire qualified people who want to work, not cancel appointments so they can have beaks or do whatever else. I was a Pharm Tech for 5 years at another CVS. What a disgrace. I recommend anywhere but CVS especially this location."
"Horrible. I should of read reviews before booking appointment on line day before. Arrived 1/2 hour before scheduled appointment, filled in the kiosk machine with code and current information. While waiting no employee in store or staff member approached me that clinic was closed. Unprofessional. Checked online clinic says they are open all day. Don't believe everything you read online folks."
"The worst! While entering the last of information into the kiosk for a 5:00 appointment the kiosk just froze. Wouldn’t take any more of my information and my name disappeared from the screen that tells the doctor you’re there. Asked two employees at the pharmacy about it and I was told they couldn’t help me. “They work separately”. Doctor emerged from examination room. I explained what happened. I was told I missed my 5:00 spot and would have to reschedule! The next appointment was 45 minutes away. I explained I was there at 5:00 and had difficulties with the kiosk. Doctor didn’t care. I scheduled my appointment online. Filled out all the proper forms to save time when I arrived like the website suggested. So why does the kiosk ask you the same questions? Doctors keep patients waiting all the time. Absolute disgrace and disrespectful behavior. A doctor turning away people in need of their help because of 5 minutes."
"Awful, made an appointment (understanding it was an estimated time) waited an hour and twenty minutes to end up leaving because I had to be back to work. Never once was spoken to by an employee. Not only did I make the appointment online, I checked in on their system upon arrival and arrived 15 minutes early as the email had said to do. I waited an hour and twenty minutes and never once was seen or spoke to. Ended up leaving and will not be returning. Poor scheduling and time management. Not worth the wait at all."
"I received care from a wonderful NP. I felt like she took her time listening to my history, explaining the treatment, and giving me time to ask questions. I also appreciated that she mentioned the nutrition side of treatment, not just medications. What to expect: I booked an appointment online and after checking-in at the kiosk, there was a short wait facilitated by a patient status board that kept us up to date on how appointments were flowing."
