It's been two weeks total since our first point of contact which is a long time, given the acute nature of my situation. Both times I called the provider they, rather curtly, answered on their cellphone. I found this unprofessional and a little disorienting -- much like the experience overall. My suggestion for the provider is to hire an administrator and for everyone else reading this to seek care elsewhere."
