"The most unprofessional receptionist. The hours are wrong as well as they lack any availability."
"As you can see by the following comments, If you’re looking to have all your needs consistently neglected, you found the right place :)! I’ve been with these people forever and the amount of issues they’ve caused my family with their neglect is atrocious and as everyone says about the receptionists are BEYOND rude and yes you will be waiting for over an hour for your appointments as someone stated below they waited 40 mins to be seen just to be cut short, so it seems this company is looked down on by many and being as patient with them as long as I have been, I can say all these factual comments are true. It’s ran by immature high school children who don’t want to do their job"
"Since Dr.Ishihara retired, I have never been happy with this place. I went thru 2 dr.s that could care less that I had recently had a 5th disk in my spine that collapsed. To get pain relief from them was horrible, knowing how painful this type of issue was. I went to their Pain clinic in Boston and when speaking to the specialist,I told him how he was only giving me small amounts for this pain and that it's now your responsibility to prescribe the pain pills now! The Pain specialist was so angry and when I was leaving I heard him tell this loser Dr. From Quincy "that's your responsibility to this patient and she needs this n that ..so that was good but Primarily Care Drs are just horrible and it's all business and they don't care if ur fingers falling off u won't get relief through them."
"I called to see if I could start seeing a therapist at Atrius health's behavioral health department yet was told a referral from my PCP was needed (even though it states on the website that no referral is needed) and when my PCP sent a referral the behavioral health department said they were unable to schedule an appointment yet no reason was given, just lists of other places/therapists to try was given! Would like to know why when Quincy/Braintree is a better location and easier to travel to!"
"Internal medicine department is really bad. Their waiting time is terrible. Their receptionist lacks the sense of urgency and organization. She even said, "Fifteen minutes wait is not bad". For a blood pressure check only, it took more than 30 minutes of waiting and after an intervention. I complained already last year for the lack of professionalism on the department. It remained the same till now."
