"Walked in on Nov 29/2023 and had a quick and great experience. The best part is you can make appointment VERY QUICK. Most places did not have availability for a whole month. I was able to make an Appointmen here 2 days after calling. My appointment was 3 Weeks ago so I reached out to get an update on 12/20. I will update once I get an answer from them Update! I received a call promptly on 12/20 regarding follow up appointment on 12/27 due to the holidays. I went in and confirmed all forms and both myself and doctor signed and I received my sealed copy. 10/10"

"My mother got her physical exam for her immigration application. Joel is of great help! Very professional and friendly. Helped us through some difficult situations. The nurse ( sorry I forgot her name) is excellent at blood drawing as my mother is a very difficult case and she does it in one shot and no pain at all! Also very friendly and gives us very helpful tips on daily health care. Our experience there exceed our expectations in every way!"

"I’ve had a great experience as far as immigration consultation. I needed to do several tests which were done the same day. I had to be vaccinated as well, and fortunately for me, they had everything in stock. There is a doctor available for other consultations who is eligible to provide clearance for work as well. They are able to schedule quick appointments as well which is a great advantage in comparison to some other places. Their parking is accessible in case you drive there..."

"I was not impressed at all with this facility. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was completely empty walls without a single medical degree or certification showing. We used this place for a US residency physical, and it was apparent that there is no communication between staff members. We kept getting calls from different people who work there providing us different information each time. For example; we were told that we didn't need to get a certain blood test, then we were told by another person we did so scheduled it, then a third person called telling us to pick our completed paperwork but we hadn't had the "needed" blood test yet. Two of these calls were on the same day. I witnessed the staff, one in designer slippers, getting quick and frustrated with others getting confused, while it was clear English was not their first or primary language. As well, I witnessed a nurse contradict the doctor and raise his voice to her in front of patients. The doctor of note discussed other people's medical information with my wife in the room while performing her physical, with the door to the room wide open mind you. They promised us that insurance would cover the blood test that they insisted we get, which shouldn't have been needed as we had proof of her vaccination status, however we received a bill today saying it is not covered. I only hope that the US government audits these facilities on a regular basis to ensure compliance, as I have my doubts."
