"One of the worst clinics EVERRRR!! They have Receptionist who don’t know how to do their job and got stinky attitudes, staff is all ignorant and the doctors absolutely suck! If you have to call for any reason, prepare to be on hold for 40 minutes and then still not have your issue resolved… Hass to be hands-down one of the worst establishments in Massachusetts… I wouldn’t recommend you guys to nobody even if you had the cure to cancer absolutely unprofessional staff terrible doctors in every way possible… They should shut down that stupid clinic that doesn’t do anything for anybody"

"The front desk staff is rude. The doctors do not follow up on requests via my chart nor are they ever available to speak on the phone. I called and was told by ARI at the front desk I couldn't be transferred to a nurse while I wait for the doctor to respond to an urgent matter and I will have to wait for an email via my chart or someone to call me back. I was not provided an estimated time and I asked to be transferred to the director and was denied as well. I will no longer allow this clinic to be in charge of my care nor my daughter."

"They are so terrible at answering the Phone! I have been going there for years because I am a very patient person. Being transferred back and forth with employees that seem to not know about their jobs. No one seems to know their job and everyone has different knowledge of things. Been on the phone for hours trying to get a referral because there is no PCP listed on my chart. The staff attitude is so so so far from the best! I am so glad I am no longer going there for service. I have been very patient with them for years."
