"Paid $200 up front to be given a printed out sheet of foot stretches that could have been found on google. My insurance company covered all but $40 of this and I have now requested this refund multiple times since October. I’ve been patient and understanding but now I’ve heard every excuse and still no refund. Last I heard the “biller” didn’t mail the check that was supposed to go out to me in November. Haven’t heard back since. Don’t waste your time and money with this practice."

"This office requires a $50 dollar “deposit” to schedule a procedure. If you cancel the appointment a week before the scheduled appointment, the deposit is “fully refunded”. I have been waiting over 90 days for the $50 refund. The “biller” can’t seem to find the time to write and send the refund. The business practices of this company are very suspect. The “biller”, who you have no way to reach, nor the doctor will handle this situation. The office has no problem with taking your credit card for the deposit BUT CAN’T REFUND YOUR CREDIT CARD! The stall tactics are unnecessary and a ridiculous waste of time. If you are having that much trouble with refunding your patient the $50 you owe them, then you should stop having Carol lie for your shady business practices. I don’t recommend this business at all! They also refused to send the X-ray to another provider where I went for a second opinion. Probably because Dr. Pistone missed the stress fracture that I had for months! I knew that something was wrong by how swollen my foot was. But, Dr Pistone “didn’t see anything”."

"Poor communication and customer focus. Many trips to the office without receiving correct and comfortable orthotics. Last visit was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes to see the doctor because my visit was scheduled with a medical assistant (after having been there 30 already), not the doctor. They didn’t tell me that when I scheduled the appointment. I could not wait so will have to make another trip back just to show the doctor how the orthotics don’t work. Waste of time!"

"I went to Pistone Foot Center for chronic plantar fasciitis. I was treated with a cortisone injection as my inflammation had gone untreated for months. Dr. Pistone recommended custom foot orthotics to correct my issues and offer long-term pain relief. It has been 6 months and I remain pain free. Chelsea, the Doctor's assistant, is very pleasant, always smiling, and cracks jokes to put patients at ease. I continue to be very happy with my treatment at Pistone Foot Center."
