"I use to think the staff was amazing until I was degraded by one of the staff members. Her name is Mya. She seems to think the majority of black people have Mass health and Medicare. She is clearly uneducated and racist. I was told she needed some coaching and HR never followed up with me and checked on me. Words hurt and I'm definitely ruined by this place when it use to be my top go too place. She shouldn't have a job after that racist comment not coaching. Ignorance is what it was. I made people I know aware as to what happened here."

"I haven’t had to have much physical therapy in my life, but I can’t imagine having a better experience than I have had at Bay State. The therapists are all very professional and really get to the problem you are experiencing, explain clearly what strengthening and stretching exercises will help with the problem, and make it quite easy and very fun, slowly increasing the difficulty when you are ready. Maura mostly worked with me, and I so admire her. She’s a good listener, very skillful and offers lots of tips. The staff have a great relationship with each other, and everyone seems to enjoy their therapy sessions there. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy."
