"If you want your loved one to die on a stainless steel bed from the 60s, contract with Support Medical. One star. Edit: I did a good amount of looking into it, and this bed is the industry standard. Actually, I think it's better than some of the other beds I found. I think the beds have to be made in a way that makes them efficient and easy to put together. The company offers air mattresses and mattress toppers, and the people that work for them are kind and lovely."

"First, their equipment is old. Oxygen concentrator was very noisy and shook the walls. My wife passed away and I'm trying to get them to pick up the equipment. When they first called to deliver the equipment they asked me 10 questions about covid-19. When the guy got here with the equipment he came in the house without a mask on. he went back to the truck to get the equipment and when he came back in he had a mask on or he would have been thrown out of the house. Not a good company to do business with. Unfortunately my wife was put on hospice and this is the company that that hospice organization uses. We're not recommend this company to anybody."

"Well let's get started. This past Friday my grandmother passed away. Within 2 hours Support Medical Systems were already calling to get there equipment back. Now today arrangements were made to have equipment picked up between 11and 3. They were supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Well I waited all day and no call. I left my home 5 minutes before 3 then they showed up no call. Then when driver called because nobody was home he didn't even call my number called another number when we gave them the number to call last Friday Unreal"
