"Went in for a consultation. Dr. Tiffany was 10 minutes late, he showed me a 10 minute video that read aloud a brochure I'd just read, then he came in and talked to me for 5 minutes. They billed $318 for the appointment. Do not recommend. Two stars because everyone was friendly."

"Deplorable office management, terrible communication, impossible to get anyone to call you back for an appointment or otherwise. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. My original doctor left and I was not notified. I called several times to find out where she went, as she completed my surgery and I wanted her to see me through that issue. Never heard back. Then I got a bill in the mail 6 months after my last appointment. It was generated because my referral was expired, which I was never notified of or told when I actually had that appointment. If that was the case, they should have never seen me that day. My insurance wouldn't accept the new referral because it had been so long. Mystic Valley Urology was unwilling to help in ANY way, even though this would have been easily taken care of had they actually reconciled their billing at normal intervals. Everyone is rude, their phones almost never work and I was never seen on time at any one of my appointments. Find a better option and avoid this place like the plague."

"They were good enough to see me quickly due to some symptoms that could be serious - mid September I was seen. I saw the nurse practitioner - who said some very odd things during my visit. When she mentioned cancer and I reacted to that word - she replied, "you die if you worry, you die if you don't" not really the best line to use regardless of how she felt the patient should react. Told me I needed two test and they would get back to me. On check out the person told me I should hear in a few days. On the fourth day after appointment, I called and was told they had just got the approval from insurance and would get back to me with dates of tests. I waited another three days and they told me to be patient they were working on it. I called the following Tuesday (four days later) and was reprimanded by the woman answering the phone - literally told that if I would "just stop talking and listen. There was a note that I had previously called in the system - people were working on this, no one is just sitting around, they were doing their job." I was shocked. Called my primary, got another referral, saw the new urologist, had the tests done with in two weeks! TODAY AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS MYSTIC VALLEY UROLOGIST CALLED ME TO SEE IF MY TESTS HAD BEEN SCHEDULED YET. Right on the ball there - horrible experience."
