"I would not recommend that anyone use this provider. They try to market themselves as a full service professional provider but they do not let you know that they have a single provider (Lewis) taking all patients and one receptionist. The provider only takes appointments 1 day a week and you are unable to reach them directly. The only way to communicate with them is by calling their receptionist who then shares your message with the provider. All prescriptions take 72+ hours to be submitted and often are filled out incorrectly and they have regularly messed up the insurance documentation. If you need prompt professional service from a provider that cares about helping you then do not go to this facility."

"I’d recommend saving your time and money, and going ANYWHERE else. There is something very wrong with the way this place operates. The “administrative assistant” not even 30 seconds into the call after connecting with me via zoom, asks me for card information to pay over $300 before connecting me with the doctor, and tells me my deductible hasn’t been met and that’s why. I was speechless and pretty sure my jaw was on the floor from how much she was asking me for. I had to ask a few times to make sure I was hearing her right. What’s funny is I met my deductible a LONG time ago, and I knew this for a fact. So I’m not sure where they get their information from, but something didn’t feel right. I was given a minute and made some phone calls and was told this wasn’t right. I was repeatedly asked for a card to pay the amount and told if I couldn’t, I’d have to “re-schedule” until I could. Why am I paying over $300 for a 20 minute appointment when my deductible has been met? When asking them what billing system is being used, whether or not they were using a price estimator for visits, they couldn’t answer and apparently didn’t know what I meant when I was asking questions. She just kept insisting I paid and told me I was cutting into my appointment time by asking questions. Of course I’m going to ask questions when I know my deductible has been met and you’re trying to charge me over $300 for 20 minutes with the doctor. Pretty incompetent. Not to mention the lady I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was hung up on at one point after getting my mom on the phone who does medical billing for a living and who had additional questions since she is the primary on my insurance and knows our deductibles been met (she was explaining that she knew exactly what they were doing and asking important questions that I wouldn’t know to ask myself) and then they called back a few minutes later claiming we got disconnected then once again asked for card information. They couldn’t answer any questions that I or my mom had, and what I’ve been told by people who do this for a living, is that what they are doing is illegal. Its disgusting in general to not only scam people who are seeking help for their mental health, but to treat those who are supposed to be your patients this way. It’s hard enough in the first place to seek help for mental health related reasons, we don’t need to be treated this way by people we are seeking help from. I would never want to seek help for my mental health from a place like this. They’ve been reported. Absolutely disgusting"
"If I could give zero stars I would I am absolutely appalled by the care I received. Roosevelt Lewis and the woman that answers his calls violated HIPAA didn’t have me sign correct consent forms and then after I missed a single appointment charged me $200 when I stressed how I could not afford that at the moment they said if I couldn’t pay they would Stop prescribing me all of my medication’s (which they did cold turkey) Mind you I have PTSD BPD extreme social anxiety and at the time extreme depression. I know for a fact violating HIPAA was illegal and I have a pretty good hunch that what they did with my medication was as well. I plan on taking legal action and can’t wait."
